The price for the room makeover and space planning package are per ROOM, so for an open concept, you would typically need to purchase a design package for each “designated room.” Many of my clients have living/dining open concepts so I have made that a room type you can choose from to make it easy!

Typically, I use a combination of packages for open concepts - using the enhanced space plan for the more challenging part of the open concept (typically the living room) and reserving the standard space planning package for the less challenging area (typically the dining room). With this approach, I can help you with the array of product sourcing when it comes to the living room furniture and decor while giving you parameters for the dining table and chair sizes that would best fit your space.

No, but you can absolutely hand off my designs and elevations to them to convey the desired result. They’ll need to come out and complete their own measurements for field verification before any orders are placed and any work begins.

I source a mix of both trade and retail when budget allows and link everything on your product list.

Clients purchase retail products through store’s website and trade products through my exclusive online trade platform granting them access to the top designer furnishings and a streamlined one click checkout.
